Joseph Sherlock leads the Government Team at the Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University – a team which focuses on using behavioral science to bring innovation into civic society. He is also PhD candidate at the London School of Economics, where he is exploring how behavioral ideas can increase trust in elections and enable pro-environmental behavioral spillovers. His passion is using behavioral science as a vehicle for evidence based and evidence generating innovation.

Robin Schimmelpfennig is a researcher and consultant interested in human behavior, with a focus on using quantitative research methods to design products, digital applications, organizational infrastructures, and policy interventions in the private and public sector. The goal of his work lies in connecting cutting-edge research findings in the behavioural sciences with real-world applications for positive societal impact, especially in the context of human-computer/AI interactions.

Atiyeh is a postdoctoral research associate at the El-Erian Institute of Behavioural Economics and Policy at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge. She is a behavioural economist and received her PhD from the University of Manchester. Her research interests lie in the fields of experimental economics, behavioural economics, and game theory. She uses lab and field experiments to explore human decision-making and the behavioural foundation of cooperation. She is also interested in applying behavioural insights to public policy challenges, and identifying the challenges.
